The Western Australian Tree Canopy Advocates is the state umbrella for a growing network of local Tree Canopy Advocacy groups representing 26 Local Government Areas across WA and more than 25,000 community members who want the state government and councils to take urgent action.
The Geraldton Tree Canopy Advocates became affiliated in May 2023, but remain independent and have a different focus. The Geraldton group is primarily concerned with facilitating and supporting people to plant trees and care for them in their vulnerable first few years.
